Hello, mums! I’m Holly, and I’m here to guide you through the wild, wonderful, and often wacky journey of parenthood. With over a decade of expertise as a Health Visitor and paediatric nurse within the NHS and council, I’ve seen it all—and lived it too, raising my own little whirlwinds in just three chaotic years.


Trust me, I get it.

Officially, I’m a registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, specialising in the care of 0-5 year-olds. I’m proudly listed with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and yes, my CRB check is spotless, ensuring your precious ones are in the safest hands.

But wait, there’s more! I’m also a certified group fitness instructor, specialising in pre and postpartum fitness. Got a baby bump? I’ve got antenatal yoga moves to keep you zen and limber. I’m here to help you feel more fulfilled, successful, and in control, even when life feels like a never-ending game of whack-a-mole.

We expanded our service offer to address a community void where top-notch specialised community healthcare was required to assist new Parents and their families.


Our mission is to instil confidence in navigating this novel and thrilling chapter of family life by advocating health, tracking early development, and catering to the needs of new mothers.

Your knowledge and experience was really helpful, your knowledge as a health visitor and experience as a burns nurse was really interesting because you were able to draw on personal experiences.
Anyone can do a CPR course and run it but its nice that you are a mum and offer other reassurances. 
There was so many added extras that I learnt. 
It is helpful to know that we had some information emailed over to offer some reassurance because baby brain is real!

Your course gave me so much more confidence with weaning. I think it is just hearing it from someone that helps you ask those questions rather than reading resources online and watching videos online as it can be really misleading.

"I joined Mamas & Cubs, carry cubs sessions when I was 10 weeks postpartum and was unsure what to expect but was greeted with very welcoming and knowledgeable Holly. During the sessions Holly ensures the classes are fun and interactive (especially the theme weeks).

What I particularly like about the sessions is it’s catered to all types of fitness levels and she describes and explains why we’re doing each exercises. For example, lunges to aid your pelvic floors.
